Add-to-cart rate statistics
In May, the add-to-cart rate from Food & Beverage was the highest, at 10.56% – this is a 0.27% drop from April. In general, over the past twelve months, Food & Beverage has seen the highest add-to-cart rates, at 11.28%, and Luxury & Jewelry has seen the lowest, at 3.21%.
APAC has witnessed the most add-to-carts overall (7.31%), followed by Americas (6.79%), and then EMEA (6.36%). And in terms of device type, desktop has been responsible for 6.8% of add-to-carts, with tablet representing 6.55%, and 6.49% from mobile.
Major trends noticed:
Luxury & Jewelry — fell by 19.42% in add-to-cart rate, from 3.22% in April to 2.65% May.
